Destination:

It is used to protect and measure the electricity consumed by the subscriber for a three-phase general column, optionally also for a single-phase column of the consumer's installation.

Symbolism

Depending on how the meters are connected:
• three-phase: symbol d for direct connection
i symbol for indirect connection
• single-phase: m symbol for the optional connection of a single-phase column
Depending on the maximum current absorbed by the consumer: In=6, 10, 16,20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250 A, in one of the types executed MV voltmetric module overvoltage (surge protection device)
Example: FMPT d/m 40 A (MV) = Three-phase measurement and protection circuit with direct connection, with single-phase circuit, In=40A, with overvoltage protection.

Features:

• ensures the connection between the aerial or underground three-phase connection of the electricity supplier with the general column of the consumer.
• brings together in the same premises the electric energy meters and the protection devices for overload, short circuit, industrial frequency overvoltage due to neutral interruption, insulation defect protection (differential residual currents) for the single-phase column and optionally the three-phase column
• ensures protection against electrocution through direct and indirect contact with circuits and devices.

Constructive characteristics:

    The box accepts equipment with various devices, compliant with ST no. 4 / 2003 issued by SC ELECTRICA SA Bucharest.
The BMPT can be executed in the version with a metal case, painted in an electrostatic field, or in the version made of thermoplastic material, from one or more boxes with a transparent cover.
The variant with the metal case is provided with a front access door secured with two-point locks and the possibility of sealing.
The access door has a niche that allows access from the outside to the handles of the automatic switches, without unsealing the box and the possibility of locking it with a padlock, in order to prevent the access of people other than the contracting parties: subscriber and supplier.
The accessories for mounting the devices are adjustable, and the accessories for fixing the box ensure mounting on any type of support.
The box has a visor for reading meters and plugs for cable inputs/outputs, mounted according to the type or according to the beneficiary's requests.
In the thermoplastic version, the BMPT has a gemulet for the subscriber's access to the circuit breaker, independent of SC ELECTRICA SA.

Notes:

Meters for measuring electricity are not delivered by SC IPROEB SA except at the express request of the beneficiary, otherwise they will be provided and installed by SC ELECTRICA SA.
