Low voltage four-pole cables with aluminum phase conductors and copper concentric neutral, insulated with XLPE and PVC sheath

Product description

1 Single-core round aluminum conductor (10 mm²) or multi-core compacted round aluminum conductor (25-50 mm²) according to DC 4908
2 Insulation of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) type DIX 3 according to SR HD 603
3 Internal extruded cover
4 Concentric neutral conductor made of copper wire and copper strip
5 Separator layer
6 External sheath of PVC type DMV 13 according to SR HD 603, gray color RAL 7001

The cables are intended for the use of electricity in fixed electrical installations.
The concentric conductor can be used as a neutral conductor (N), protective conductor (PE), as a grounded neutral conductor (PEN) or as a screen.

Reference standard : DC 4126 Enel
Nominal tension: Uo/U(Um) = 0,6/1 (1,2) kV
Minimum temperature of the cable (measured on the sheath):

– during assembly: +5 °C
– during operation: – 40 °C

The maximum temperature allowed on the phase conductors:

– normal exploitation conditions 90 °C ;
– during short circuit (max. 5 s) : 250 °C

Bonding radius: 12 x outer diameter
Pulling force: 3 kgf/mm² of phase conductor section
Test voltage: 4 kV 50 Hz, 5 min
The cables are flame retarded according to SR EN 60332-1-2
Color codes on the phase conductors: light blue, brown, black
