The Cable and Conductor Factory (F.C.C.) is one of the basic factories within IPROEB S.A.

The conductors, cords and insulated electric cables are manufactured in compliance with the technical requirements stipulated in Romanian and foreign standards and benefits from state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

To comply with these requirements, special attention is paid to the use of the best quality materials and raw materials, the continuous improvement and training of the staff, the efficiency of the technological processes and, last but not least, the equipment with modern machines.

As such, year after year, the Factory of Cables and Conductors has benefited from important investments in technological equipment such as: triple extrusion line for the production of medium voltage cables corresponding to international requirements, wire drawing machines, modern copper conductor wiring machines flexible, state of the art cold pressure and resistance wire welding devices.

We have experience in designing and execution of electrical switchboards, metal constructions, stands, but also the design, execution and assembly of complex installations for the manufacture of automotive wiring.

We execute and deliver lines for wiring or conveyors.
The products were executed in various variants, in accordance with the requirements of the beneficiaries.
We provided the entire process from designing, manufacturing, delivery and assembly to contractor.
We execute electrical panels and ironworks for Enel, Eon, Cez, Electrica or Transelectrica.
The design is done on modern platforms, which means that any problem can be observed and analyzed in detail before putting the product into manufacturing

The documentation can also be provided by the customer.
We also carry out related products as well as painting works in the electrostatic field.
We provide Commissioning (PIF) and SERVICE for the manufactured products.

Means of automation department (F.A.I.) The Automation and Insulator Factory (FAI) includes a tool workshop (SDV) where we can produce a wide range of tools and checking devices, spare parts and various processing: dies, axles, shafts, couplings, gears with straight or inclined teeth, inscriptions (CTC punches, seals, rollers, marking sectors), electroerosion processing with massive electrode, heat treatments.

The insulators workshop within FAI of Iproeb SA is an already well-known manufacturer on the Romanian and international market.

It produces composite insulators in the 24 KV-110KV-220 KV-400KV range that have been subjected to rigorous design, type, batch and individual tests.

These insulators can also be delivered in the form of simple, double or triple support or stretching chains.

In the current production, we also have interphase spacers of 20 KV and 110 KV, but also railways items made of electrical insulating materials such as PIE, PIS or bushings.

In order to succeed in the field, IPROEB has made important investments in test and testing equipment, having: high voltage testing laboratory; fire test stand on bundles of cables; measuring stand for the density of smoke emitted by cables in fire conditions; state-of-the-art equipment for measuring electrical resistance or insulation resistance.
The testing of the cables before being marketed, the type and batch, physical-mechanical, chemical or electrical tests are carried out in our own laboratory, accredited by RENAR and certified by AFER staffed with experienced and highly qualified and skilled personnel.

Upon the request of the beneficiaries, tests can also be performed for the Corona effect, RIV and stress-strain, in collaboration with the Polytechnic Institutes in Bucharest, Cluj or Timisoara.
